Unlucky in Love takes an old-school horse shoe, with a broken heart motif. The design is bold and colourful, with a playful twist on traditional tattoo imagery. Create a finished piece made to be displayed proudly.
A numbered project to work through
The peel-n-stick template breaks the design into numbered pieces, so you can follow the pattern in order. The design is built using appliqué, a technique where different fabric shapes are layered together to create the finished picture. You'll then bring it all together with back stitch and whip stitch, supported by full colour illustrated instructions and a link to video tutorials. It's a guided way into embroidery, without taking the enjoyment out of figuring out each stitch.
The kit is designed and assembled in the UK, with an approximate making time of four hours.
